Dr Nichola Salmond

Dr. Salmond obtained her medical degree at Glasgow University, Scotland, in 1986 followed by four years of General Practice and vocational training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Accident & Emergency and Psychiatry. She has a postgraduate certificate in General Practice from the Royal College of General Practitioners UK.

Dr. Salmond moved to Hong Kong in 1992. She worked as an Honorary Lecturer in General Practice at Hong Kong University until 1996 during which time she studied for and received a diploma in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

For the past 19 years Dr Salmond has worked in private practice in Hong Kong as a family physician. She is experience in all areas of family medicine and enjoys providing holistic health care for the whole family from infants onwards. Her special clinical interests include Women’s health, hormone dysfunction and weight issues, Adolescent health and Paediatrics.

Dr. Salmond also has an interest in clinical and aesthetic Dermatology and after a years study attained a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University in 2012. She can deal with all dermatological conditions, perform mole checks and mole removal for biopsy. She also performs procedures such as Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers and can advise on topical anti-ageing skin care.

Dr Salmond completed the American Board Certification in anti-ageing medicine in 2013, gaining advanced knowledge about optimal well being and the extension of a healthy lifespan.

Dr Salmond holds a certificate of advanced family planning and is experience in insertion of Intra Uterine Contraceptive Devices.

Dr. Salmond’s interests include hiking and trail running and she has completed several ultramarathons. She is also interested in reading, skiing, cooking and travel.

Dr Christie Chan Metcalfe

Dr Christie graduated from Aberdeen University, in Scotland in 1990. She completed her GP rotation in the UK in 1995. After training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics, she has obtained diplomas in these specialties. Her interest in Dermatology also lead to her further studies and she has received a diploma in Dermatology.
She has undergone higher training in family medicine and was accepted into the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine as a specialist in Family Medicine.
She relocated back to Hong Kong in 1995 and has been practising here since 1996.
As a family physician, Dr Christie provides a comprehensive holistic approach to her patients. Her area of special interests:
● Gynaecology and women’s health
● Men’s health and preventative care
● Child health and immunisation
● Dermatology
● Care for chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid
dysfunction and mood disorders
● Adult travel advice and immunisation
She is currently furthering her knowledge of Anti-Ageing medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Ageing.


Dr Louis-Adrien Ollu

Osteopath D.O (France)
Masters Osteopathy (France)

Louis-Adrien earned a Master Degree in Osteopathy from one of the best schools in Paris, and has great passion for the human health and wellbeing.

For three years he was trained by French mentors with over 30 years of experience. During this period he advanced his great skills, a particularly gentle hand and a focus on compassion and attentiveness towards patient care.

Furthermore, he holds extended knowledge of Chinese medicine, nutrition and energetic therapy.

Louis-Adrien’s practice interests include:
– Treatment of musculoskeletal injuries: pain (spine, limbs, headaches, TMJ), discomfort, loss of range motion, sport injuries, etc.
– Stress Management
– Emergency consultation.

Due to his postgraduate training in gynaecology and cranial-sacral therapy he has great ability to care for disorders such as:
– Autonomic nervous system disorders: stress, fatigue, sleeping disorder, burn out.
– Digestive/transit disorders, management of digestive pathology (Irritative bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease, reflux).
– Gynaecology: functional infertility , menstrual disorders.
– Pregnancy: common conditions in new born and infants; colic, reflux, sleeping disorders, plagiocephaly.


Shannon Chabaud

Nurse Manager

Shannon studied Nursing in Wollongong, Australia, graduating in 1996. She got her initial nursing experience in Sydney’s Hornsby Hospital where she worked on an Orthopaedic/ Surgical ward. After two years there, she spent a further two years in the Spinal Unit at the Royal Ryde Rehabilitation centre. She then moved to Sydney’s prestigious teaching hospital, The Royal North Shore, where she worked in the Emergency room.

Shannon has also worked in two rural Hospitals, Pambula and Bega Hospital in NSW. This necessitated her becoming a ‘jack of all trades’, doing everything from assisting midwives to deliver babies to working in the trauma room stabilizing and evacuating major road accident victims. She also worked at the Cairns Base Hospital in a similar role.

After some time off, she began work in Melbourne’s Alfred Hospital filling in on the Nurse Bank in various wards, including Emergency, Cardio/Thoracic and the HIV unit.

The past few years she has worked with Dr. Salmond, sharing her interest in Anti-Ageing and Optimal Wellness. She has since supplemented her expertise with extensive knowledge of vitamin and detox programs, anti-aging therapies and current weight management options.


Joshua Keil

B.Sc. Human Nutrition (Canada)
Registered Dietician (R.D Canada)

Joshua is a nutritionist, with a B.Sc. Human Nutrition, and a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) from Canada who helps clients reach their nutritional goals not through a restrictive diet, but by helping clients incorporate nourishing foods that result in weight loss, improved energy, digestion, and overall health. He believes there is no one size fits all model for nutrition, as everyone has individualized needs based on genetics, culture, health, and taste. Real whole foods first should be the base of any diet, but Joshua can also help clients appropriate supplements if deemed necessary. Therefore, every client will be given an individualized nutrition plan, based on an initial consultation, and diet analysis.

Joshua has three years of experience in Asia, both in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and thus understands the unique challenges of living and being healthy in a foreign country. He
has specific expertise in helping clients with weight management, high blood sugar, blood pressure, chronic illness, Irritable bowel syndrome, detoxification, sport nutrition, and overall health and wellbeing through individualized nutrition and meal plans. Joshua conducts appointments in English, which can be supplemented with French, and Mandarin Chinese.


Justine Grier

Justine Grier has over a decade’s experience in the health and skincare industry. Justine qualified as an Aesthetician in Sydney Australia and has furthered her education as a Corneotherapist, becoming a member of the International Association for Applied Corneotherapy. Focusing on both internal and external skin care, Justine customises skin care programmes designed to address clients specific needs, cellular skin structure, and function. Justine finds great satisfaction in remedying the most basic or challenging skin conditions, and providing her clients with results-driven solutions for their happier, healthier, glowing skin. Hence earning the name the ‘skin whisperer’.
